Hello. My name is Brian Lamb. I have put this web site together following the recent publication of my DVD to help people who are suffering from sorrow.
Sorrow affects us all at some point during our lives. It is a natural part of our existence although not a pleasant one.
You may be suffering sorrow right now - for any one of a variety of reasons; death of a loved one, separation, loss, failure of a work project, financial problems, abuse of any kind. The list goes on and on.
Help is at hand however. As a result of my own experiences with sorrow over the years, from personal crises through to my involvement with the Aberfan disaster in 1966, I have developed strategies for coming to terms with and overcoming the effects of grief and moving on into a happier and fulfilling phase of life.
The video runs for an hour and an half and the sound track is in English, Welsh, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Urdu and Arabic. It is for everyone no matter what your language, beliefs or background.
